Black Seed Oil Capsules:
The main ingredient of this formula is Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa), called also as the Black Cumin Oil, which is fortified with Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Zinc. Recommended Daily Intake:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one to two capsules daily. Caution: It’s possible that black seed oil can increase the effects of certain medication including beta-blockers such as metoprolol (Lopressor) and the blood thinner warfarin (Coumadin).
