Take one to two capsules with a little cold liquid immediately before eating foods which contain milk or dairy. Each capsule typically provides Lactase Enzyme 30mg.

Soybean oil, lactase ezyme, capsule shel (gelatine, sorbitol, glycerine), lecithin, titanium dioxide, beeswax.
