Research into Cranberry published by the Journal of the American Medical Association showed that a large tumbler full of cranberry juice taken daily will halve the chance of having bacteria in the urine, its main benefit is to reduce the likelihood of suffering a heavy infection. Cranberry Juice has a reputation as a ‘cure all’.
